Where We Do It
Our modern facility is the seamless combination of the most cutting-edge and automated production equipment, fabrication processes, and a dedicated staff that results in Garibaldi producing higher quality glass than any other glass fabricator in North America.
Heat Treated
We offer three kinds of heat-treated processes: tempered, heat-treated, and heat soaked. Our modern facility boasts the latest generation of equipment, ensuring superior, distortion-free high-quality glass for various industry applications.
Fabrication
We are well-known for complex, high-quality products — along with the skill and precision to perform the drilling and milling of various cut-outs and notches. Our state-of-the-art equipment provides a smooth finish for a flat polish, flat grind, or mitred edge.
Insulated Glass Units [IGU]
Customized to your specifications, our Insulated Glass units [IGU’s] reduce sound, decrease energy loss, and seal out moisture. We offer a variety of glass solutions for double or triple glazed units to meet evolving building standards and codes, backed by extensive research and development.
Laminated
Laminated glass is a multifunctional glazing material used in a variety of applications, especially where it is imperative to ensure the integrity of the whole sheet after breakage. Our laminated lites are manufactured by permanently bonding two or more glass lites with polyvinyl butyral [PVB] inter-layers under heat and pressure to create a single construction. If broken by impact, laminated glass tends to maintain itself in its frame — minimizing the risk of injury from sharp edges and flying or falling glass particles.
Structural
Our expertise and knowledge in glass fabrication and hardware applications are two reasons we are an established industry leader. Whether your project requires sophisticated entrance systems, glass doors, structural components, or specialty glass enclosures, our team will provide the ideal solutions.
Frit | Opaci
If you can visualize it, we can fabricate it through the use of Silk-screened Ceramic Frit or high-performance coatings on glass. With a multitude of decorative uses, suitable for any building type, the options it provides are limitless — and the results can be awe-inspiring.
Custom
We don’t sound like your typical glass fabricator because we are not your typical glass fabricator. We are outliers, a business built on innovation, hard work, and hard-earned relationships. We challenge the traditional boundaries of where and how we use glass and welcome working on special projects.
Project Management
Our project management team is one of the many things that set us apart as a world-class glass manufacturer. The team will assist you through each phase of your project, including planning, quality requirements, budget analysis, changes or scope management, procurement, scheduling, and shipping to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget.
CAD | Digitization
Digitization is a fast and flexible solution for templates or 2-dimensional objects. Our software enables highly accurate object detection and production — perfect for non-typical shapes that can be too complex for traditional drawing techniques. We can accommodate holes, notches, and cut-outs of varying sizes to meet your project requirements.
Design-Assist
As a part of our win-win-win partnerships and innovative mindset, Garibaldi offers assistance in many aspects of the design from, draft plan reviews, cost estimates, and construction schedules to providing advice on materials, systems and equipment, and procurement timing or alternative design options. Ultimately, we reduce time and cost for construction, improve constructability, and add value.
Mock-up Wall
Our Mock-up Wall is a series of demonstration windows with exposure to both the south and west. Designed and built to allow for the comparison between several product offerings within the same environment, our wall provides our clients with a rare and valuable opportunity to view their glass before committing to a design.
