Along our journey, we discovered and adopted ‘lean’ techniques for efficient, systematic problem-solving. However, lean is more than just a set of principles — it’s about developing a mindset to continue challenging ourselves as individuals and as a team. For decades, we have travelled the world to study world-class factories, projects, and techniques, bringing the best ideas home and incorporating them into our operation. We have evolved over the years to form our own continuous improvement philosophy and program using many lean and CI tools to optimize the flow of materials and information, ensure scalability, and manage our growth into the future. With our in-house Black Belt Training program, we instill the basics of lean principles starting in the classroom. We create certified Transformation Champions at various belt levels to implement continuous improvements internally and externally, eliminating waste and creating sustainable efficiencies in the process.
